Because benefits vary from plan to plan, our office is happy to call your insurance provider and verify your benefits in our office for you. At that point we are much more able to explain your specific coverage to you.

We accept many insurance plans and have chosen to participate with a National organization that helps make chiropractic care more affordable for people without health insurance or with high deductible plans.

Although we accept many insurance plans, we have found that many people have high deductibles and limited coverage for chiropractic care. Our primary goal at ProActive Chiropractic is to offer the best care we can to those we serve.

Because of the monumental changes brought about with the advent of managed care and the way health care services are paid for, we have noted that many people sometimes are not able to receive the care they need due to the severe limitations of many insurance policies. We have decided to attack this problem head-on by participating in a program to create affordable access to our services.
Our mission is to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to know, first hand, about the benefits of chiropractic, wellness and alternative treatments and how these treatments can help them stay healthy for life.

We are proud to offer this program because it allows us to make chiropractc care more accessible and affordable to everyone, regardless of any health insurance problems. By participating in this program, you are entitled to save 25% to 50%. And members need not worry about deductibles or a limited number of visits.

In addition to our Wellness programs that allow us to make our programs more affordable, we have included information from several research studies that have found how cost effective chiropractic treatments are. Treatments in our office usually cost less than Medical counterparts, have longer lasting results, and are also part of a preventative measure for long-term health and wellness.

For Containing Costs and Getting Workers Back on the Job
“Chiropractic care appeared relatively cost-effective for the treatment of chronic low-back pain. Chiropractic and medical care performed comparably for acute patients. Practice-based clinical outcomes were consistent with systematic reviews of spinal manipulative efficacy: manipulation-based therapy is at least as good as and, in some cases, better than other therapeusis.”

– Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics , Haas et al. (2005)

First contact chiropractic care for common low back conditions costs substantially less than traditional medical treatment and "deserves careful consideration" by managed care executives concerned with controlling health care spending.

-- Medical Care, Stano and Smith (1996)

"The overwhelming body of evidence" shows that chiropractic management of low-back pain is more cost-effective than medical management, and that "many medical therapies are of questionable validity or are clearly inadequate."
